At Elmfield, we will work with you to determine the best way to structure your training programme and help you to receive a contribution from government funds where possible.
The Skills Pledge
Many of our partner employers have signed the Government’s “Skills Pledge” a voluntary, public commitment to invest in the skills of their workforce. It is a promise that the employer will work to realise the potential of all their employees by developing their basic skills and working towards relevant, valuable qualifications. They are committed to train their workforces to at least level 2, that is the equivalent of five good GCSEs at grade A to C; many go on further to help employees gain higher-level qualifications.
